Birth Preparation Classes for Couples or Women Only
- Start Date: First Wednesday of May, July, September, November
- Start Date: First Monday of April, June, August, October, December
- Hours for Couples: 19:30 – 22:30
- Hours for Women Only: 15:00 –18:00
- Duration: six 3-hour classes
- Fee: NIS 600

- Recommended in 7th month of pregnancy
- Recommended in 6th month for twin/multiple pregnancy
