Birth planning service is available to women who want a personalized birth experience. This does not imply that a private caregiver must be hired. It does mean that YOUR priorities are reviewed and listed in order of preference. Educational opportunities and many other means of acquiring information may be included in birth planning. Having a cesarean is having a baby! Experience the special joys of your cesarean birth. Learn about the many choices you have. Create a positive attitude for your birth by meeting other expectant cesarean couples. Information about cesarean birth process reduces your anxiety.

Prepare for a VBAC—Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Your cesarean birth may have been planned or unplanned, positive or disappointing. You want a vaginal birth this time. Create a new, unique opportunity for your VBAC attempt.
