Having a cesarean is having a baby! Experience the special joys of your cesarean birth. Learn about the many choices you have. Create a positive attitude for your birth by meeting other expectant cesarean couples. Information about cesarean birth process reduces your anxiety.

Prepare for a VBAC—Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Your cesarean birth may have been planned or unplanned, positive or disappointing. You want a vaginal birth this time. Create a new, unique opportunity for your VBAC attempt.
